For nine generations, the Scully family has farmed the coastal lands of Clonakilty, where sea air and soft Atlantic rain help shape the barley at the heart of their whiskey. Combining malted and unmalted barley, triple distillation and maturation in oak casks exposed to ocean air, Clonakilty creates award-winning whiskey layered with notes of vanilla, salted caramel and toasted nuts. Balanced, distinctive and deeply rooted in place - a true taste of the Atlantic coast.
