About the Distillery
Located in Lanesborough, Co. Longford, Lough Ree Distillery is a growing family-run business on the banks of the River Shannon. Established in 2022, the distillery is now Ireland’s smallest GI Verified whiskey producer, with major expansion plans underway. Bart’s Blended Irish Whiskey is a complex blend of grain, pot still and peated malt whiskies, finished in rye and Oloroso casks - created as a tribute to Bart Clancy, father of the founding family. The Bridge Single Cask Irish Whiskey series showcases transparency and innovation, sourcing and finishing unique casks from other Irish distilleries to create limited, characterful releases.
