About the Brand
Blacks Distillery was founded by Sam and Maudeline Black, evolving from a passion project into one of Ireland’s most creative and experimental craft producers.
Starting as a brewery and expanding into a state-of-the-art distillery in 2015, Blacks produces beer, gin, rum and whiskey, often experimenting with barrel ageing across categories to develop unique flavour profiles.
Known for innovation, they launched Ireland’s first fully Irish-made spiced rum in 2018 and continue to push boundaries with bold cask finishes and small-batch releases.
